These terms and conditions govern your use of the Coming Out? mobile application and website provided by COMING OUT? APP. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. General
The App provides information about LGBTQ+ friendly bars worldwide. The information is user-generated and may not always be accurate. We do not endorse or guarantee its reliability. The App complies with GDPR and the laws of countries across Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. Use of the App implies acceptance of these legal requirements. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If under 18, you need parental or guardian consent and supervision.
2. User accounts
Some features may require a user account. You are responsible for your login credentials. You are fully accountable for activity under your account and must report any unauthorized access.
3. User-generated content
By contributing content, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute it. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. We may remove violating or inappropriate content.
4. Privacy and data protection
We respect your privacy and follow data protection laws. Read our Privacy Policy for how we manage your data. The App may automatically collect technical data (e.g., device type, IP, behavior) to improve functionality and personalize your experience.
5. Intellectual property
All App content (text, graphics, logos, software) belongs to COMING OUT? APP or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. Reuse requires written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages (including data loss, loss of profits, goodwill, or interruption) resulting from the use of the App.
7. Modifications to the terms
These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
