Shangri-La at AgeHa is Tokyo’s largest monthly queer dance party, transforming the expansive AgeHa nightclub in Shinbashi into an electrifying escape once a month. Running from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., this event boasts multiple rooms, renowned international DJs, and mesmerizing light shows. It draws a vibrant crowd of hundreds of gay men and allies from across Asia. With an entrance fee ranging from ¥3,000-¥4,000, the atmosphere is exhilarating, featuring shirtless dancing, go-go boys, and a vast outdoor pool area. Shangri-La stands out for its inclusivity and scale within Tokyo's intimate queer nightlife scene.
