Union Rooftop
Sobre este lugar
Perched above the city in a glass‑enclosed, heated rooftop that’s one-of-a-kind in Minnesota, this skyline spot serves scratch-made American plates, colossal portions, and cocktails you’ll still be dreaming about on Monday. Expect weekend energy that spills into spirited drag brunches, plus quieter weekday vibes when you want a cozy window seat and panoramic views. It’s a glittering, welcoming place for every queer identity — lesbians, gay men, trans and non-binary folks, bisexuals, asexual, intersex, questioning — to feel celebrated, safe, and a little bit fancy. Think big flavors, big drinks, and big views: a perfect stage for brunching, toasting, and making new friends.
