Tucked into the charming gallery of Hotel Koffieboontje in central Bruges, this cosy, gay-friendly hideaway is a glittery little refuge for locals, visitors and friends. Expect a playful yet sophisticated vibe, a tempting roster of Belgian beers and craft cocktails, a trusty jukebox for sing-alongs, and comfy corners made for chatting the night away. Every second Friday the space transforms into an LGBTQ+ chat café — a warm, affirming meet-up where trans, non-binary, lesbian, bisexual, asexual, intersex, queer and questioning people (and allies) can connect, celebrate and be themselves. Unpretentious, welcoming staff and unisex bathrooms complete the picture: small, stylish and utterly inclusive.
