A West Village NYC fixture dating back to the late 1800's. A bar with a lot of atmosphere, in which the hits of musicals will sing all night accompanied by a live pianist, frequented by musical theater students and the occasional celebrity like Jimmy Fallon. Throughout its history this place has always prided itself on being a safe space for all, but particularly the gay community long before they were accepted members of society. Today it welcomes people from all walks of life and from all over the world but never forgets its roots as a home for the LGBTQIA+ community.
