Lesbian Herstory Archives

Sobre este lugar
Step into a glittering archive of queer memory tucked in Park Slope — a cozy, courageous museum + community hub that safeguards the stories, zines, photos and ephemera of women who love women and the broader queer family. Equal parts research treasure and community hearth, it’s the world’s largest collection of lesbian material, lovingly preserved by volunteers and scholars. Come for the radical old-school ephemera, stay for the quiet connection: oral histories, posters, and personal papers that make our collective past sing. Visits are by appointment only — book a timeslot, bring curiosity, and feel seen, honored, and wildly celebrated in a space that welcomes every identity across the queer spectrum.
