Housed in a hulking former power plant on the eastern side of the city, this cathedral of bass is a pilgrimage site for people who live for long nights, impeccable sound and boundary-pushing lineups. The cavernous main floor is where dancers lose track of time; upstairs the Panorama Bar offers a slightly more refined vibe and a skyline view that feels like a reward. There’s also a separate men-only venue in the basement with its own entrance and queue. The door policy is legendary — come calm, sober(ish), and understated; respect and consent are non-negotiable. We celebrate everyone here — lesbians, gay men, bisexual people, trans and non-binary folks, queer, asexual, intersex, and questioning — so bring your sparkle and your open mind.
